I am taking the time to write this testimonial to discuss Mr. Sulli's business practices. Mr. Sulli performed three separate jobs at my residence in Lakewood. Each project had problems and difficulties. Mr. Sulli dealt with the scheduling and weather conflicts with ease. He made accommodations in his schedule to overcome scheduling mistakes and problems from my other contractors. The employees of Mr. Sulli were diligent, competent, and appeared on schedule. Additionally, they were polite and cleaned up nicely. Mr. Sulli's experience and knowledge were very helpful. He made suggestions which greatly enhanced my projects and did not add significantly to the cost. My final thought concerns the price. Mr. Sulli gave an original estimate which seemed fair. After the job started, complications and additions changed the nature of the job. When I received the final bill it was a pleasant surprise. The charges for changed and additions were very small and reasonable.

Performing buildouts nationwide, I have had many different experiences with vendors and contractors. Some good some not so good. It was my pleasure and good fortune in contracting Sullis Landscaping for my landscaping needs. Not only did Mike Sulli bid a fair price, but he sent one of his best crews to perform the work. All tasks were completed on time, as described and agreed upon, no cost over-runs, and to my total satisfaction. If you have a landscaping project, you should consider Sullis Landscaping!

Sulli's Landscaping completed a total overhaul of my back yard in the fall of 2007, including drainage, grass, edging, underlayment, rock and bark, and I couldn't be happier with the process and results. The bid was accurate and the price was very reasonable. The workers were respectful and paid attention to their work - I saw no goofing off and no heap of trash left behind. The job was completed timely and I never needed to call them back for a problem. Today, more than 2 years later and with a little upkeep, my yard is still gorgeous. Some day when I can spend the money to do my front yard, I WILL be calling Sulli's again.

As I am quick to speak up when I am dissatisfied with something, in fairness, I need to be equally liberal with praise when it is due. Let me say that I think the job your teams did in landscaping my house is impeccable from an aesthetic perspective. Our yard looks immaculate, and Sarah is quite pleased with how it turned out. The flagstone patio is first rate and the sprinkler and drip systems appear to be working well. Our dog Sam seems to like his new outdoor digs as well. In closing, it was a pleasure doing business with you as you do what you say and you say what you do. That is refreshing to me given some of the challenges with contractors I've had in the past. I will most certainly keep an eye out for opportunities for you in this neighborhood. Anyone asking me about who they ought to look at for their landscaping will get a strong referral from me in your favor. Hopefully you don't mind working all the way out here! Sulli's does a good job of planning landscapes and has helpful ideas and suggestions. The most important matter is Mike's ability to move onto the job and get it done in a reasonable period of time. He also can handle the irrigation system with his well qualified sub-contractor. Mike is good on follow-up after completion

We are very pleased wit the work Sulli's crew did for us. All of our neighbors have complimented the work as well. From start to finish Mike & his crew were very professional and proficient. We still believe that the detailed design of the project was the reason the HOA approved the project so quickly. They also provided us with maintenance guidelines. The two workers that did the work at our home worked hard the entire time of the project. They cleaned up every day before leaving and were very courteous in their interactions with us. We would and will definitely recommend Sulli's to anyone in need of their expertise.
